เรื่อง นโยบายการไม่รับของขวัญและของกำนัลทุกชนิดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ( No Gift Policy)

ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘

 

            โรงเรียนบ้านเมืองเพียได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ค่านิยม

และแนวทางที่เหมาะสมให้บุคลากรได้ยึดถือปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการให้หรือรับของขวัญหรือของกำนัล หรือประโชน์

อื่นใดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ เพื่อป้องกันการกระทำอันมีผลต่อการใช้อำนาจในการเอื้อประโยชน์ต่อตนเองหรือ

ผู้อื่น ซึ่งเป็นไปตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล ตามแผนปฏิรูปด้านการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตและประประพฤติ

มิชอบ

            เพื่อเป็นการแสดงเจตนารมณ์ในการต่อต้านการทุจริตทุกรูปแบบ รวมถึงเสริมสร้างคุณธรรม

จริยธรรม และความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตในการปฏิบัติงาน อันส่งผลให้เกิดความโปร่งใสในการดำเนินงานตามหลัก

ธรรมาภิบาลที่ดี จึงขอประกาศว่าโรงเรียนบ้านเมืองเพียเป็นหน่วยงานที่บุคลากรทุกคนไม่รับของขวัญและของ

กำนัลทุกชนิดในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ทั้งในก่อน ขณะ และหลังปฏิบัติหน้าที่ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการกระทำอันอาจมีผล

ต่อดุลพินิจ หรือการตัดสินใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ซึ่งนำไปสู่การเลือกปฏิบัฏิบัติหรือก่อให้เกิดผลประโยชน์ทับช้อน

โดยผู้บริหารและผู้บังคับบัญชาทุกระดับจะปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี พร้อมทั้ง กำกับ ดูแลบุคลากรในสังกัด

ให้ปฏิบัติตนอย่างถูกต้อง และปฏิบัติตามมาตรการป้องกันการทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบอย่างเคร่งครัด

จึงประกาศมาให้ทราบโดยทั่วกัน และถือปฏิบัติอย่างเคร่งครัด

ANNOUNCEMENT

Subject: No Gift Policy in the Performance of Official Duties
For Fiscal Year 2025 (B.E. 2568)

Ban Muang Phia School recognizes the importance of fostering an organizational culture rooted in integrity, ethics, and appropriate conduct. All personnel are expected to adhere to guidelines prohibiting the giving or receiving of gifts, presents, or any other forms of benefits in relation to their official duties. This policy is intended to prevent actions that may result in the misuse of authority for personal or others’ gain, in accordance with the Government’s reform plan for the prevention and suppression of corruption and misconduct.

To affirm our commitment to combating all forms of corruption, and to promote good governance, transparency, morality, and integrity in the performance of duties, Ban Muang Phia School hereby declares that:

All personnel shall not solicit, receive, or accept any kind of gift or present in relation to the performance of their official duties — whether before, during, or after such duties — in order to avoid any influence on discretion or decision-making that may result in favoritism or conflicts of interest.

All executives and supervisors at every level shall act as role models, and shall oversee and ensure that personnel under their supervision comply strictly with this policy and all anti-corruption measures.

This announcement is made for public acknowledgment and strict compliance.
